The Mathematics Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, held a Family Gathering activity on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Kampung Flory, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The event was attended by all lecturers of the Mathematics Study Program along with their respective families. The atmosphere was even more lively with the presence of many children who enthusiastically took part in the activities.

The family gathering was designed in the form of outbound activities that were fun and engaging. Various group games and teamwork-based activities were organized to foster cooperation, togetherness, and closer communication among participants. Laughter and joy filled every session, reflecting the strong sense of family within the Mathematics Study Program.

In her welcoming speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Prof. Dr. Khurul Wardati, M.Si., expressed her appreciation for the implementation of this activity. She conveyed her hope that the family gathering would further strengthen the bonds and sense of togetherness among the extended family of the Mathematics Study Program, creating a more harmonious and solid academic community.

In addition to serving as a means of strengthening social ties, the event also functioned as a refreshing moment after busy academic routines. Surrounded by the natural and pleasant environment of Kampung Flory, participants were able to enjoy quality time together while relieving stress. Through this family gathering, it is expected that the spirit of unity and solidarity within the Mathematics Study Program of FST UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta will continue to grow and positively contribute to the implementation of the university’s Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
